Spearheading a new notion
That simply might catch on
To give to those less fortunate
Who feel they don’t belong.
Thinking about others
Who are in need of help
It’s not always about you
Help someone other than yourself.
Some spend their days alone and sad
There’s nothing they can do
No one to lend a hand
No one they can talk to.
We so often take for granted
The blessings of each day
We need to show our gratitude
Take the time, to find a way.
Reach out and help somebody
Do whatever you can do
To help to ease their burden
Become a better you.
