I don’t believe in letting go
Eating all day long
Our hormones and metabolism
Play a role when things go wrong.
You try and try to lose weight
And yet, you feel the same
Always hating on yourself
Feeling so ashamed.
But, it’s really not what you eat
As much as when you do
They say that fasting works the best
And, I believe that’s true.
Stop eating after 6 pm
No snacks and no desserts
Eat breakfast and your dinner
You will see results, it works.
