What can we do?
Congress is tainted 
When Schumer spoke
I nearly fainted.

Heard what he said
Wants to give in
What was he thinking?
Explain it again.

Straight up coercion
The threats and lies
With no way out
I’m going to cry.

We’re on the run
Damn right… I’m scared
Backed in a corner
It’s just not fair. 

They’re cutting jobs
They say…. it’s legal
We know the truth
Elon is evil.

Why the threat
Of a collapse?
Stand up to them
We must push back.

Let’s stand our ground
We can’t give up
Please tell  the Republicans
Enough is enough. 

The folks back home
 Are  asking why
The cost of eggs 
Is now sky high. 

Trump and Elon
Have taken control
They have no conscience , 
No heart  or soul.
