What is all this chaos?

What is so important
You feel that it can’t wait?
You’re running round in circles
No time to clear your plate.
Half-baked plans, scattered dreams
Where is this going to lead?
I watch you pull your hair out
I watch you as you bleed.
Stretched too thin, pulled too tight
One day you’re going to snap
My advice, take it slow
Lay down and take a nap.
