GLUTTONY & GREED

The news is bleak, we’re at war
He’s destroyed our peaceful nation
Tariffs , taxes, lies galore
All part of his creation. 

The rich prevail, their dowry’s thick 
So gluttonous and greedy
No one cares about the poor
The homeless or the needy. 

So many lost, so many dead
He has no empathy
He doesn’t value human life
Honor or dignity.

Prices up, cost of gas
It’s all been escalated 
Stock returns are through the roof
His cronies are elated. 

The pride, the freedom we have known
Is gone, he owns the flag
Does just what he wants to do
Corruption…..his hashtag.
