Too many silly jokes
I’ve laughed until I’ve cried
I really want to stop

But it is so darn funny
Every time I’m with you
I feel like such a dummy.
A pair of goofy fools
Running all around
The tears are in my eyes
I feel like such a clown.
We start off oh so serious
But it never lasts
One of us breaks down
And makes the other laugh.
If laughter’s the best medicine
You can be sure it’s true
I will fix you up
I’ll take good care of you.
